All orders are shipped from Denmark and we ship with GLS and PostNord to most countries. Orders made before 12pm on weekdays are shipped on same day. Please see below how to qualify for Free shipping and the standard rates for your country:

USA from 20$ / FREE shipping over 175$

Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday and you will receive your order within 1 - 8 business days depending on your location.
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of your order, shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout.
We ship worldwide* from our HQ in Copenhagen. Prices are automatically calculated at checkout. Please note we are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
We are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. You will need to create a new order if you would like to ship to more than one address.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you regret the purchase, please email us at email@example.com so we can provide you with a return address and form. Returns without this form are not eligible for refunds.
In case of return, please ensure that the goods are properly wrapped. You are responsible for the package/goods until we receive them. Therefore, save email confirmation and track & trace number. The product you return must be in original condition.
You must return your order within 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel a purchase. You must pay the costs of returning when you regret a purchase.
Goods Excluded Rights
Some items are not covered by the right of withdrawal, including:
- Delivery of digital content
- Physical consultations and online sessions
Refund Of Purchase Amount
If you regret your purchase, you will receive the money you may have paid excl. shipping cost, when The Crystal Avenues has received your notice that you regret your purchase. When returning products, you will first receive the money when The Crystal Avenues has had an opportunity to look at the returned items. In the case of a depreciation, that you are liable for, the purchase amount will be deducted.
Investigation & Miscellaneous
When you receive the purchase, you must immediately investigate the purchase delivered to find out if it has any errors or shortcomings. You can complain to The Crystal Avenues within two years after receipt of the purchase if there are errors or shortcomings. However, always remember to complain in a timely manner after you have discovered an error or lack.
IN CASE OF NON-COLLECTION OF PACKAGE IN PARCEL SHOP
If you do not collect your package in the parcel shop, within the given timeframe set by GLS or any other carrier and the package are returned to The Crystal Avenues, you will be held responsible for covering the return fee*. Packages returned to The Crystal Avenues will be stored for 30 days. If you wish to have your package resend, you will be responsible for covering both the return fee and for paying the new shipping cost. Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with information about, wherever or not you wish to have your package resend.
If we do not hear from you within 30 days after receiving your return package, we will refund you the excess amount, if any, after deducting the return fee.
*return fees are based on the actual fee paid to GLS or any other carrier by The Crystal Avenues + a handling fee of 15dkk.
