Tingshas are traditionally used in Buddhist rituals, meditation and prayers similar to a bell. Like a Singing Bowl, they are believed to give off a high vibration and cleansing energy. This helps create a sacred space for meditation and any spiritual practice. A Tingsha can also be used to cleanse objects such as crystals or any other item.

Sound vibrations is said to affect our physical and mental state and its power can be calming and healing. It stimulates lymphatic circulation and relieve muscle tension, which goes well with massages and yoga sessions. Overall the sounds helps us to relax and enjoy the moment.
